Past Projects

Hardscapes This project was completely redone in the front. A wooden porch and steps led down to a concrete walk and driveway which was redesigned and done in Old Chicago Brick. The deck walkways and driveway were done in Tumbled Pavers. For anchor plants, we used Coconut Palms, Christmas Palms and Hibiscus trees. We used gravel, boulders, and miscellaneous plants for focal points and fillers. The plants soften the gravel areas and provides different textures to your landscape.

Sodding and irrigation This project received a River Landings Beautiful Home Award. I removed all unwanted plants. I replaced the plants with a Ligustrum Tree and transplanted a Pigmy Palm. We left all of the large existing Cocos Plumosa and Pineapple Palm. We added Nancy Croutons, Blue Pacific Junipers, Emerald Goddess Lariopie, Dwarf podocarpis and Nora Grant Ixorias. I replanted the pool cage with regular podocarpis for privacy. We completed the job by revamping the irrigation system and resodding with St. Augustine Floratam.

Christies Landscaping This job was completed with low maintenance in mind. I reshaped the beds which is usually necessary in all landscape renovations.I anchored the job with a Triple Christmas Palm. Then, I used tropical, low maintenance, shrubs such as variegated Aztecs Nora Grant Ixorias, Blue Pacific Junipers, Indian Hawthorne and Nancy Croutons.

Hardscapes This is a before and after that was started with a small landscape job in the front yard. During the course of 15 years it has evolved into a creative landscape project that has included the entire yard. I designed a patio in the back yard using pavers and natural stone walkways. I also included gravel, boulders, Anchor Block walls and a Gazebo in the back.
